H-IIA Launch Vehicle Resumes Flight Activities
Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) announced it reported to the Space Activities Commission (SAC) of the resumption of flight activities of H-IIA Launch Vehicle to prepare for the launch of the Multi-functional Transport Satellite 1 Replacement (MTSAT-1R) in the winter launch season of the fiscal year 2004. SAC approved JAXA's decision.
