H-IIA Launch Vehicle is launched from Tanegashima
Space Center (TNSC).
TNSC is located on the beautiful coastline of Tanegashima Island,
Kagoshima Prefecture, which is southwest part of Japan.

This space center was built in 1966 as the most large and important
space related facilities in Japan. Most of Japanese major rockets
have been launched from this space center.
TNSC has all the necessary facilities for conducting the launch operations
smoothly and safely.
H-IIA Launch Vehicle is launched from Osaki Range which locates on
the southernmost point of TNSC. |
